Spring Garden Waldorf School accepts the EdChoice Scholarship for accepted students who meet eligibility requirements.
The Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) Program provides students from underperforming public schools the opportunity to receive a full or partial scholarship to attend participating private schools. The program also provides the same opportunity for students from families who meet the low income criteria.
Does Your Family Qualify?
There are several ways to qualify as a family for an EdChoice Scholarship. These include things like: designated school, incoming grade level and income level. There are also many requirements that families must be meet to receive the scholarship. It can often be difficult to navigate this program. We are here to help!
When Are the EdChoice Deadlines?
- Jan – April — Spring Garden Waldorf Enrollment Application & Acceptance
- February 1, 2018 — EdChoice Application Period Open
- April 30, 2018 — EdChoice Application Period Closed
- July/August 2018 — Award letters sent to families.

Step 1) Tour Spring Garden Waldorf School, speak with our Admissions Director, ensure the school and Waldorf Education is a good fit for your family.
Step 2) Speak with our Admissions Director and visit education.ohio.gov/edchoice to determine if your family qualifies for EdChoice scholarship
Step 3) Apply to Spring Garden Waldorf School
Step 4) Become Accepted at Spring Garden Waldorf School
Step 5) Apply for an EdChoice Scholarship through Spring Garden Waldorf School. We enter scholarship applications for students through the secure online application system.
