Director of Admissions and Marketing
Spring Garden Waldorf School is seeking a Director of Admissions & Marketing to join our administrative team.
We are seeking a professional who demonstrates initiative, creativity, strong relationship-building skills, and an active interest in life and learning. We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all students, families, and staff. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits and occasional evening and weekend commitments.
The Director of Admissions & Marketing leads the school’s enrollment, retention, marketing, and communications efforts. This position works closely with prospective and current families, faculty, staff, volunteers, and the Board of Trustees to guide families through the admissions process, develop strategies to support enrollment and retention, and share the distinctive value of Spring Garden Waldorf School throughout the greater community.
Grades Aftercare Part Time
Spring Garden Waldorf School is seeking an Aftercare Coordinator for our grade school aftercare program one to two afternoons per week.
This position is responsible for providing care and supervision of students from first through eighth grade in an aftercare program that follows a rhythm of outdoor play and indoor play/homework for older students. Applicants must be 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. Hours are 3:00p-6p Monday or Monday/Tuesday.

Head Basketball Coach
We are seeking a Head Basketball Coach for the 2026–2027 school year.
The ideal coach will enjoy working with students in grades 5-8 and be able to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and a love of the game. While basketball experience is certainly welcome, being an expert in the sport is not necessarily required. We have two enthusiastic high school student volunteers who are eager to assist with practices and games. Read more here.

Spring Garden Waldorf School was founded in 1981 and is an accredited member of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America. SGWS serves students from Pre-K through Grade 8. Our expanding curriculum includes Spanish, Choral, Orchestra, Woodwork, Handwork, Physical Education, Gardening and Extra Lesson.
