Duties include planning and leading parents/guardians with children between the ages of 18 months and 4 years through an early childhood experience during once a week sessions that last six to seven weeks. Classes are offered seasonally during the spring, summer, winter and fall. The ideal candidate will have Waldorf early childhood teacher training and experience. Assistant coach for Track and Field: Duties include supporting head coach, leading and assisting with practice sessions, attending practices and competitions within the season, and maintaining team statistics. This is a seasonal, part-time positions of Spring Garden Waldorf School, paid by stipend. This position reports to the athletic director. Qualifications include a high school diploma and previous experience as an athlete and working with students. Previous experience coaching middle-school age students is preferred. Spring Garden Waldorf School was founded in 1981 and is an accredited member of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America. SGWS serves students from Pre-K through Grade 8. Our expanding curriculum includes Spanish, Choral, Orchestra, Woodwork, Handwork, Physical Education, Gardening and Extra Lesson.
