Bidding on our silent and live auction items is open to everyone. Tickets and bid numbers are free, you simply need to Sign Up.  We do hope you’ll buy some add on items to help the school.  We are offering $20 Grab and Go Hors d’oeuvres and Dessert Boxes (serves 1) with standard, vegetarian and vegan options. We are also offering $15 Beer or Wine Spirit Packs – Either 4 craft beers or a bottle of red or white wine. And finally, we encourage you to buy a few $10 tickets to our 50/50 raffle. Anyone interested in coming to the Pickup Party at school must sign up for a time slot. Those who ordered food must also sign up for a time slot and get their orders that day. One family can sign up per each 5 minute slot.  Face coverings are required for all individuals on site. 

Children are welcome to attend the pickup party. They can grab a cookie from our cookie fairy and a take-home craft.  Family fun kits will be going home on Friday with every enrolled student, but will also be available Saturday for younger siblings of students. One per child. All young people at the Pick Up Party (even those who are not students) are welcome to take a free kit as well. 

Parents will be able to tour the class projects and pick up their Grab and Go orders for the evening festivities. Those who wish to stay in their cars, can have fun kits and grab and go orders brought to their car. Staff will be on hand to answer auction questions. 

Our Silent Auction will take place online, as it did last year, with bidding available the entire week of May 1 – May 8. Once signed up, you can drop by the catalog, HERE, to start bidding on May 1st. All who have signed up will be emailed invites when the Auction opens on May 1st. Simply click Bid Now to place your bid. Simple as that! The software will let you know if you’ve been outbid, so you can decide if you’d like to return and bid again.

The evening of May 8th, we will gather HERE for our social time followed by our Live Auction. Guests are welcome to come as early as 6:30 PM and as late as 7:00 PM. The live virtual action will start at 7:00 PM. This year, unlike last year, bidding will take place in real time and auction items will open and close, in order, throughout the night. This means class projects will come up for bid and will be sold, in real time, within 5-10 minutes. They will not be open for bidding for the full hour. It is important to come at 7:00 PM to not miss your class project or other live item you may be interested in buying. 

We hope our SGWS community and local community will consider sponsoring this year’s event. We serve over 150 students, and, through this event, businesses can stay connected with our extended families and with our local and national alumni and their families too!
